Good or Bad?  I don’t know.  For those that have played City of Heroes/Villains, the WotLK Achievement System seems more like the “badge” collection system in CoH/CoV.  Good or Bad?  You decide.

AFK is a 6/9 Black Temple guild on Korgath (PVP/CST) currently looking for more raiders who care as much about raiding and progression as we do to join our guild and help finish Black Temple, and progress into Sunwell.

We have many exceptional players in our guild, but we need more. At the moment we are openly recruiting all classes, however we are in particular need of quality healers, in particular Restoration Shamans, Holy Paladin, Restoration Druid. Exceptional DPS classes are always welcomed.

Our ideal applicants are people who have both the skill and the gear to be able to step into a Black Temple progression raid and not be a drain on the rest of us both in terms of playing ability and gear. We do not want players who fall into the catagory of the “back pedalling, keyboard turning, clickers with 0 situational awareness” or people who are “KZ geared with some badge loot who have downed Lurker and are looking at trying Void Reaver soon.” That said, you don’t need to be decked out in full Black Temple/Hyjal gear, but you should have most of the important drops from late SSC & TK, Hyjal, and some BT. (Depending on class, appropriate 2.4 badge gear is acceptable.) Included in your app should be a link to your armory and preferably a WWS report or two for us to look at and evaluate.

**Most Importantly**

Our ideal applicants are people who enjoy playing the game. People who log on ready to raid and enjoy being there from the moment they zone in till the final boss of the night is dead or we’re porting out after a solid night of new content. People who show up everyday ready to go no matter how frustrating the previous nights of attempts on New_Boss_01 was (we’ve all been there, this is nothing new to guilds and players who play for progression raiding). Nothing sucks quite as bad as the atmosphere that is created by people who show up late, pissed off and upset because something didn’t go 100% as planned the day before.

Raid Schedule

We raid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 7pm-12pm CST. Raid invites go out at 6.30pm-6.45pm prior to the start of the raid. Raiders are expected to be zoned in ready to go with everything they need shortly following, not surfing the AH at 7:15 for a last minute flask or mana potions, and then expecting to be summoned.

Method:

1. In some dark dungeon, tanks get Gurtogg mad and stir in some aggro.
2. Next, add in some healing and love.
3. Slowly throw in some Pew Pew. Add enough Pew Pew but not too much.
4. Repeat and slowly cook until dead.
